Senior Technician - Riyadh CMC Plant

Brief Role: نبذة عن الوظيفة:
Responsible to check the quality of manufactured containers is according to standards and customers requirement and examine the quality of raw materials from suppliers before sending them to production line.
Responsibilities المهام والمسؤوليات
1	Inspect components, subassemblies, and assemblies according to quality standards.
2	Test, Measure, and analyze manufactured containers with benchmark standards.
3	Ensure company is meeting the standard codes in the containers manufacturing process.
4	Record pass and fail grade of products.
5	Observe dials, gauges and indicators to make sure that a machine is working properly and producing quality goods.
6	Count the number of products tested or inspected after matching with standards.
7	Weigh product and samples to verify packaging weight.
8	Compare color, shape, texture, or grade of products or material with color chart, template, or sample to ensure consistency.
9	Attend, trouble shooting and repair machine breakdown.
10	Conduct and attend monthly preventive maintenance.
11	Monitor the machines spare parts. Keep adequate records and report periodically to supervisor.
12	Attend new projects on machine erection and relocation of machines.
13	Machine safety and quality standards.
14	Maintain his tools and equipment’s in good conditions,
15	Use proper tools in doing the works to avoid any accidents.
16	Comply with the written policies, standards, rules and regulations of the Company.
17	Perform all other duties and activities assigned to them by their superiors within the realm of their knowledge provided it is not hazardous or dangerous to their person.
18	Follow health and safety regulations and procedures intended to prevent accidents or injury in workplaces or public environments.
