Senior Technician

Qualification:

Mandatory: Diploma Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Mandatory: 5 years of experience as a senior technician or similar field.

Responsibilities:

1- Inspect components, subassemblies, and assemblies according to quality standards.

2- Test, Measure, and analyze manufactured containers with benchmark standards.

3- Ensure company is meeting the standard codes in the container manufacturing process.

4- Record pass and fail grade of products.

5-Observe dials, gauges and indecators to make sure that a machine is working properly and producing quality goods.

6- Count the number of products tested or ispected after matching with standards.

7- Weigh products and samples to verify packaging weight.

8- Compare color, shape, texture, or grade of products or material with color chart, template, or sample to ensure consistency.

9- Attend, trouble shooting and repair machine breakdown.

10- Conduct and attend monthly preventive maintenance.

11- Monitor the machines spare parts. Keep adequate records and report periodically to supervisor.

12- Attend new projects on machine erectionand relocation of machines.

13- Machine safety and quality standards.

14- Maintain his tools and equipments in good conditions.

15- Use proper tools in doing the works to avoid any accidents.

16- Comply with the written policies, standards, rules and regulations of the Company.

17- Perform all other duties and activities assigned to them by their superiors within the realm of their knowledge provided it is not hazardous or dangerous to their person.

18- Follow health and safety regulations and procedure intended to prevent accidents or injury in workplaces or public environments.
