The EHS Manager ensures compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the plastic manufacturing facility. This role focuses on reducing workplace hazards, managing environmental impact, and fostering a strong safety culture across all operations. |

Responsibilities المهام والمسؤوليات |

1 |
Ensure adherence to local and international EHS regulations specific to plastic manufacturing. |
|
|
2 |
Maintain permits and documentation for waste management, emissions, and chemical handling. |
|
|
3 |
Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for processes involving plastics, chemicals, and machinery. |
|
|
4 |
Implement preventive measures for fire safety, chemical spills, and occupational hazards. |
|
|
5 |
Monitor and control plastic waste disposal, recycling processes, and emissions. |
|
|
6 |
Develop and deliver training on safe handling of raw materials, chemicals, and machinery. |
|
|
7 |
Promote awareness of PPE usage and emergency response procedures. |
|
|
8 |
Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports. |
|
|
9 |
Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections within the plant. |
|
|
10 |
Coordinate with external agencies for compliance checks. |
|
|
11 |
Comply with the written policies, standards, rules and regulations of the Company. |
|
|
12 |
Perform all other duties and activities assigned to them by their superiors within the realm of their knowledge provided it is not hazardous or dangerous to their person. |
|

13 |
Follow health and safety regulations and procedures intended to prevent accidents or injury in workplaces or public environments. |

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related field. |
Experience الخبرة |
Mandatoryإلزامي |
6 years of EHS experience in manufacturing including 2 years in managing role, (plastics industry preferred). |
Preferredيفضل |
MBA is preferred. |
Preferredيفضل |
8 years of EHS experience in manufacturing including 2 years in managing role, (plastics industry preferred). |

Professional Certificateشهادات إحترافية |
NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA is preferred. |
