Press Supervisor

Brief Role:                                                                                                                                  نبذة عن الوظيفة:

Directly coordinating the activities of his immediate subordinates to maximize production output, Maintain the quality standards, utilize all equipment’s, labors and resources efficiently, Maintain the safety regulations and Coordinate with maintenance for any breakdown.

Responsibilities المهام والمسؤوليات

Supervise shift operation.

Daily allocation of manpower as per machines and products requirement.

Directly coordinating the activities of technician and machine operators to maximize the quality output in respect of Q.C. Approved samples.

Coordinate with Q.C. Inspector for any quality problems arising during his shift.

Prepare production and break down reports.

Ensure all current safety regulations are being followed and any problem areas are corrected.

Manage, support his subordinates and evaluate their performance.

Maintain adequate records and report periodically line activities to concern department.

Utilize all equipment, labors and resources efficiently.

Comply with the written policies, standards, rules and regulations of the Company.

Perform all other duties and activities assigned to them by their superiors within the realm of their knowledge provided it is not hazardous or dangerous to their person.

Follow health and safety regulations and procedures intended to prevent accidents or injury in workplaces or public environments.

2 years of experience as a Press Supervisor or similar field
