Sr. Analyst, Development

Responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, supporting enterprise applications, participating in implementations and digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring reliable application support, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement across IT systems.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Conduct process analysis and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities

4

Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations

Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support

6

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions

7

Monitor application performance and recommend improvements

8

Participate in application implementation and digital transformation projects

9

Follow change management procedures for system deployments and modifications

Comply with the written policies, standards, rules and regulations of the Company.

Perform all other duties and activities assigned to them by their superiors within the realm of their knowledge provided it is not hazardous or dangerous to their person.

Follow health and safety regulations and procedures intended to prevent accidents or injury in workplaces or public environments.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related discipline.

7 years of experience as Development Analyst or similar field.

Preferred

Master's degree, MBA, or postgraduate qualification in IT, Digital Transformation

8 years of experience as Development Analyst or similar field.

Professional Certificate

شهادات إحترافية

SAP, Microsoft, Project Management, Agile/Scrum, or relevant application/platform certifications are preferred.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SuccessFactors, BI/analytics, workflow automation, integration platforms, or RPA solutions.
