Public Relations Manager

Brief Role:
Documenting the relationship between the company and its internal and external audiences by implementing targeted communication programs to create and develop mutual understanding, introduce the company's activities, vision, objectives, and products, and promote its products and brand.


Responsibilities:

1     Supervising the planning and execution of programs related to company guest visits and awareness programs aimed at increasing awareness among relevant stakeholders.
2     Preparing and coordinating company events (social and official) and overseeing their execution and media coverage.
3     Supervising the implementation of corporate social responsibility programs and ensuring their media coverage.
4     Coordinating the company's participation in local and international trade exhibitions and overseeing their execution.
5     Directly following up with suppliers and contractors involved in the department's projects to ensure proper implementation of work and coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely payment of all financial dues.
6     Supervising the preparation and design of printed materials, electronic publications, and managing the company's website.
7     Regularly monitoring performance indicators, improving the department's employees' skills, supervising their job commitment, and evaluating their annual performance.
8     Monitoring and documenting what is published about the company in the media.
9     Communicating with the media and providing them with press releases and available information for publication. 
10   Identifying the department's needs for equipment and materials and following up on their provision.
11   Participating in committees related to the department's tasks.
12   Comply with the written policies, standards, rules and regulations of the Company.
13   Perform all other duties and activities assigned to them by their superiors within the realm of their knowledge provided it is not hazardous or dangerous to their person.
14   Follow health and safety regulations and procedures intended to prevent accidents or injury in workplaces or public environments.

 

Job Requirements:

Experience: 7 years of experience in Public Relations field including 2 years in managing role or similar field.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree Public Relations or related field.
