HR Operation Manager

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day operational functions of the Human Resources department, with direct accountability over three core functions: Payroll, Employee Relations, and Government Relations. The role ensures that all HR operations are executed in full compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while fostering a productive and well-governed work environment

Oversee all operations of the Employee Relations department and associated services, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy, system entry into HRMS, and full compliance with company procedures.

Supervise the handling of employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.

Ensure timely, accurate monthly payroll processing — covering salaries, benefits, end-of-service benefits, annual leave, and holiday wages.

Administer employee benefits including health insurance, annual leave entitlements, and End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.

Monitor compliance with all government regulations and ensure timely renewal of work permits and visas for all employees.

Proactively track regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly to prevent penalties and compliance failures.

Develop and implement operational HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with WFI's organizational objectives.

Prepare and present periodic HR operational reports and dashboards to senior leadership.

Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to the Employee Relations & Payroll and Government Relations section heads and their teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all HR operational functions.

Comply with the written policies, standards, rules and regulations of the Company.

Perform all other duties and activities assigned to them by their superiors within the realm of their knowledge provided it is not hazardous or dangerous to their person.

Follow health and safety regulations and procedures intended to prevent accidents or injury in workplaces or public environments.

8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing multiple HR functions.
