Coordinator

Qualification:

Mandatory: Diploma Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.

 

Experience:

Mandatory: 5 years of experience as a coordinator or similar field.

 

Responsibilities:

1- Draws up master schedule of plant Machines preventive Maintenance Plan.

2- Monitor, Checks and update documents of PM, Breakdown, Spare Parts used.

3- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

4- Reviews & Update KPI'S reports. Weekly, monthly and yearly.

5- Coordinate with other manufacturing sections to ensure compliance of their processes.

6- Coordinate with spare parts storekeeper to ensure availability of materials.

7-Prepare and maintain analysis reports (Statistical technique) for daily, weekly, monthly performance.

8- Coordinate with concern section about changes in the PM/ Breakdown plan.

9- Maintain adequate records and report periodically the required information to the concerned departments.

10- Coordinating the job with the maintenance manager and maintenance deoartments jobs.

11- Plan, organize and control daily axtivities in the maintenance department.

12- Maintain and monitor the SAP notifications in PM daily and monthly, if not any incomplete breakdown notifications or technically closed processes in the system.

13- Coordinating the status of daily machine breakdowns with the maintenance manager.

14- Issuing the monthly maintenance schedule plan with the approval of the maintenance section head and maintenance manager.

15- Executing the maintenance schedule weekly for the machine and arranging the acual reports with the approval of the echnician and supervisor.

16- Monitoring the equipment calibration certificate due date and creating the order for recalibration procedures.

17- Monitoring the system updates job in SAP, foor the (Inspection Lot) newly arrived maintenance spare parts.

18- Comply with the written policies, standards, rules and regulation of the Company.

19- Perform all other duties and activities assigned to them by their superiors within the realm of their knowledge provided it is no hazardous ot dangerous to their person.

20- Follow health and safety regulations and procedures intended to prevent accidents or injury in workplaces or public environmets.
